Working with Kelley

What you need to know.

Kelley's gift wrapping service is a home-based business. Clients can drop off and pick up packages at the business OR clients can use our pick up and drop off delivery service.

Booking
To book a service, please complete and submit the Booking Form. Once we receive your booking request, we will call you to confirm the details. Service generally takes 2-3 business days. We are not able to do same day service. Book here.

Payment
When we receive or pick up your gifts, you will be provided with an estimate. We will email you a formal invoice with a balance. Payment is due in full before or at pick up or delivery of your wrapped gifts. We accept Venmo, Pay Pal, and Cash.

Getting Organized
To help us keep organized, we use an Order Form to identify the gifts. We will also use this form as a "gift key" to let you know which gift is which. Completing this form before we get the gifts would be a tremendous help. Click here for Order Form.

Creativity
Kelley Reserves the right to make gift wrap theme substitutions. If substitutions are made, the substituted wrap will coordinate with the chosen theme.

Kelley may use a combination of gift bags and wrapping paper to provide customers with the best end product. Kelley may use recycled (unusual) boxes that best fit the gift being wrapped. i.e. amazon boxes
